● Treasurer will post current LAYSL/LAFC financials on website
● President will craft an email to LA/WR community about the urgency to find two (2) recreational coordinators for both WR and LA.
● Board members will actively recruit recreational coordinators
● Treasurer will ensure Spring coaches were reimbursed for their services (registration fees)
● Field coordinator to provide status on North Mesa–fields/goals being worked on ASAP
● Referee coordinator will work on setting up a referee clinic in LA by late July
She will contact Kim Thomas and Paul Kwan to get more info and give email blast to community by July 13th. Let community know referee certificates can be obtained online (www.ussoccer.com) and LAYSL will pay/reimburse for all certification fees/classes
● Competitive coordinator will ensure continuity within the girls competitive program (U11-13) by registering girls in their birth year and allow float across multiple teams (play-ups only, no play-downs). Begin prep for Spring coaches in girls program.
● Transfer equipment knowledge to new equipment coordinator (soccer.com contact)
● Treasurer and President will work with registrar on player numbers and email blast to LAYSL community.
● Treasurer will work on taxes this month and submit with the IRS.
● League will get extra key for WR storage shed (from previous Field coordinator)
● Treasurer will follow up potential future board members
